Paul Pluschkell
For over 18 years, Paul has founded and led successful and profitable high-tech strategic organizations of both private and public companies. Currently Paul is CEO and Co-Founder of Spigit, an enterprise social software provider. Prior to founding Spigit, Paul was a Senior Executive at global media and telecommunication firms, and CEO of high tech financial markets. Paul's first company MXNet successfully merged with another company and went public in 1999. Paul's background with content, networks and algorithmic trading are the genesis for the creation of Spigit.

Padmanabh Dabke, Spigit 's founder and CTO, is a versatile IT professional with more than 12 years of industry experience. He has an excellent track record in transforming concepts to real products. His past successes include Core Processing System (CPU), an early CORBA-based version of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) platform; MoneylineConnect, a financial data infrastructure; and Stringbeans, an open source portal servers compatible with JSR-168 portlet standard. Padmanabh has published several journal and online articles. He is currently serving on the expert group working on JSR 286 Portlet 2.0 standard. Padmanabh has a PhD from Stanford University, MS from Clemson University, and B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Jason Brittain is Senior Architect at Spigit. Jason is best known as a co-author of the industry leading book on the Tomcat application server, titled Tomcat: The Definitive Guide (O'Reilly Media), now in its second edition. Before joining the team at Spigit, Jason was a Senior Principal Software Engineer for Orbital Sciences Corporation, working at NASA's Ames Research Center on the Kepler Space Telescope mission. Jason also helped author Symantec's Brightmail Anti-Spam software, and was the 8th employee of Friendster where he helped grow their user base from 1 million users to over 8 million users.
