How do I sign in?
Please follow these instructions to log in to your Spigit account:
  1. Navigate to your Spigit URL
  2. Enter your User Name and Password
  3. Click the Sign In button

How do I post an idea?
To post an idea, please follow these steps:
  1. Log in to Spigit
  2. Navigate to the "View All Ideas" tab
  3. Click the "Post an Idea" button in the upper right
  4. Complete the idea form provided. Required fields are identified with an asterisk (*).
  5. Click the "Publish Idea" button to publish your idea. You will be prompted to inspect similar ideas. Please inspect the ideas listed in the Similar Ideas area, and when you're ready, click Publish Idea again to post your idea.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you can't remember your password, please click the "Forgot your username or password?" link, which is located below the sign in area.

How do I upload a profile picture?
On Spigit, your profile picture is called an "Avatar." To upload an avatar, please follow these steps:
  1. Log in to Spigit
  2. Navigate to the "My Profile" tab
  3. Click the "Edit Profile" button in the upper right
  4. Click the "Avatar" bar at the bottom of the page. The "Avatar" area will be expanded.
  5. Select an existing Avatar, or click the "Choose File" button to upload your own image.
  6. When you're finished, click the "Upload" button to submit your changes.
My idea was marked as spam. What do I do?
Your idea was marked as spam because a word or phrase used in your idea was detected by our systems as inappropriate. You can resolve the situation by doing one of three things:
  1. If you feel that your idea content has been incorrectly marked as spam, you may contact your Spigit site administrator to request their review of your idea content.
  2. You may edit the content of your idea to remove any inappropriate words or phrases.
  3. You may contact Spigit's Support Team - support@spigit.com - for further assistance.
