Employees accumulate Spigits by communicating, connecting with others and participating on the site. This creates an incentive to delve into problem solving-the more good, in depth participation a user does, the more Spigits they earn. By trading spocks they help determine the most valuable ideas in the innovation market, and most likely options in the prediction market.
