Comment on other people's ideas
You're not the only one who has an idea; there are dozens of ideas
already at your company's Spigit site. If you have a comment about an idea,
click the "post a thread" link in the idea page, or contribute to an
existing thread with the post comment box at the bottom of a thread.

Review other people's ideas
Your opinion matters-let people know what you think. Instead of just
commenting, you can also post a review of an idea, which will help
determine that idea's rating. Or, if you're in a hurry, just click the
big spig/scrap thumbs up/thumbs down buttons to indicate whether you
like or dislike an idea.

Respond to other people's comments and reviews on your ideas
Other people will be commenting and reviewing *your* ideas as well;
respond to their questions and concerns by posting a comment to a
thread or review. Your responses will help increase your idea's ranking
and popularity! |

Trade in ideas
The ideas that have passed the right thresholds in the Spigit site are
traded in a virtual market-if these ideas are picked up by your company to
be implemented, people who own shares of these ideas will be rewarded
with more Spigits! So buy and sell shares based on how promising you
think the ideas are, to maximize your profits.

Update your profile
Your profile lets people know your background, skills and interests,
and will help you connect with people throughout the company. Fill it
out completely and tell people who you are!

Post to your blog
Maybe you have general thoughts that you'd like to post for people to
see; your blog is a great place for that. Other people on the Spigit
site will be able to read and comment to your blog.

Create a watchlist "Watching" certain sectors, ideas or people
will give you a quick link to these in your user profile; it's a great
way to keep an eye on people or topics that interest you. Just click
the "watch" button in a sector, idea, or user page and it will be added
to your watchlist.

Post or trade in a prediction market
Create your own prediction market to determine what your co-workers think the most likely outcome is. Or trade in an extisting prediction market to give your own input on the likelihood of an event, and win Spigits if you're right!
