Our Core Kit is included for all new subscribing customers to SpigitEngage to enable successful adoption and implementation of our platform. This is achieved through basic envisioning, design and configuration of the Spigit platform. 24/7 mail and telephone support. Spigit will work with you to identify and configure your first challenge to ensure your immediate and effective use of the platform including our best in class Launch Assist program.

Core Kit + Coach

In addition to the services provided in our Core Kit, we provide ongoing management and building of your community through the use of the use of the Spigit platform. This is typically for customers who have all the human capital needed to run the business side of the innovation program, but prefer to outsource the configuration, launch and community moderation aspects of managing the Spigit platform.

Quick Start

With the Quick Start solution, the Spigit team works in lock step with your innovation team to create a quick and measurable impact. In addition, this concentrated effort builds the foundation for long term program success. Spigit provides a full innovation management service for 90 days including strategy, envision, configuration, launch and support as well as ongoing management of the site. This results in demonstratable ideas and a strong beginning to the development of an innovation program within your organization. Many clients have delivered their ROI required for the entire program within the first 90 days of the Quickstart Solution.

Innovation Foundation
