At Spigit, we recognize that privacy is important.

This Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) will help you understand what personal information Spigit, Inc. (“Spigit”) collects when you use our corporate website (“Website”), why we collect that information, and what we do with it. WHAT INFORMATION DOES SPIGIT COLLECT?

If you request information about our solutions and/or partnership opportunities, Spigit processes your name, email address, phone number, job title, company information, and any comments/feedback you provide. Further, Spigit appends business information related to your company from third party sources (i.e. business intelligence providers). In certain cases, Spigit may also obtain information from publicly available sources, such as LinkedIn.

If Spigit’s marketing team or a member of Spigit’s sales and/or business development team sends you a communication, Spigit will process your name, phone number, email address, postal address, job title, company name, company size, company financial information, IP address, device type, email view information (including IP address and city), and information about which Spigit solution you use or may be of interest to you.

Spigit also collects user session information, which is analyzed over time to improve Website features and/or functionality.

Spigit uses browser session cookies (i.e. temporary cookies) which are stored on your device until they expire, unless specifically deleted by you. Spigit groups Website browser cookies into three categories, which can be managed using our “Cookie Preferences” manager:

Required cookies: Enable basic Website features and functionality (i.e. images, cookie preferences, etc.);

Functional cookies: Allow Spigit to analyze Website usage statistics to evaluate and improve performance. Functional cookies may also be leveraged to provide a better Website user experience (i.e. storing log-in credentials, usage statistics, etc.);

Advertising cookies: Share data with advertisers, ensuring only relevant advertisements are displayed while browsing the Website.

WHY DOES SPIGIT COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?

Spigit uses information collected on the Website to:

WHAT DOES SPIGIT DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

Spigit securely stores personal information in the United States and only shares it with key third-party service providers (“Service Providers”) who assist Spigit in providing important Website functionality. All Service Providers are contractually obligated to: (i) maintain the security and privacy of your personal information; and (ii) only use such information for purposes specifically requested by Spigit.

Spigit may change Service Providers from time to time. Any time a Service Provider is changed, Spigit will notify you thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such change.

HOW LONG DOES SPIGIT KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

Spigit retains personal information in its internal email, marketing, and client management systems indefinitely. You may withdraw consent for future communications by: (i) replying “unsubscribe” to any Spigit email and/or marketing communication; or (ii) sending an “unsubscribe request” to privacy@spigit.com.

YOUR RIGHTS OVER YOUR INFORMATION

By law, you can:

  1. obtain a copy of your personal information held by Spigit;
  2. correct any inaccuracies in your personal information held by Spigit; and
  3. request your personal information held by Spigit be deleted and/or removed.

COMPLIANCE AND COOPERATION

Spigit regularly reviews our compliance with this Privacy Statement. When we receive formal written complaints, we contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. We work with appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints we cannot resolve with our users directly.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY STATEMENT

Our Privacy Statement may change from time to time. Spigit will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Statement unless it is necessary to comply with applicable foreign or U.S. federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations. Spigit will post any changes to this

Privacy Statement on this page and, if the changes are significant, will provide a more prominent notice on the Website.
