What if every "Top 10 most innovative companies" list is wrong?

Building a “culture of innovation” sits at the top of every CEO’s to-do list. But beyond a surface understanding of best practices, senior executives are challenged to define, measure, and instrument innovation as a business practice.

Our research shows that measuring innovation is not only possible, but practical. We partnered with an economist at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management to examine 154 public companies (covering over 3.5 million employees) that use software to manage the ideation process of their innovation programs.

What we learned from this analysis is that innovation is, indeed, a science, and that the most innovative companies are often found outside of tech.

Guest speaker Bobby Cameron, Vice President, Principal Analyst Serving CIO Professionals at Forrester Research, joins us on this webinar to dive deeper into our findings, and discuss:

  • The true key measures of a successful innovation program
  • How success at ideation correlates to growth
  • Best practices of the “most innovative companies” on our list (and why they aren’t the companies you typically hear about)
  • How to emulate innovation leaders and avoid common pitfalls
